Transparent pricing, no surprises. All charges are processed securely through Stripe.

1. Overview

This page explains how billing works on NextHit, including accepted payment methods, plan management, invoices, refunds, and where to get help.

2. Pricing Plans

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We partner with Stripe to accept:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • SEPA and ACH (annual plans only)
  • INR cards via Razorpay bridge (for India‑based customers)

All cards are tokenised; we never store full card numbers.

4. Invoices & Receipts

  • PDF invoices are e‑mailed immediately after each successful charge.
  • You can download past invoices anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
  • Need your company VAT / GST number shown? Add it in Billing Details before your next charge.

5. Taxes

Prices are listed exclusive of taxes. Stripe automatically calculates VAT, GST, or US sales tax based on your billing address. Tax lines appear separately on your invoice.

6. Upgrading / Downgrading

  • Upgrade: New quota is applied instantly; you're charged a prorated difference.
  • Track → Group: Start with the Single Track plan (US $7.99). If you later decide to compare more versions of the same song, or add related tracks, you can unlock 4 additional slots for just US $2.99 without re‑uploading the first file.
  • Downgrade: Takes effect at the next renewal to avoid losing unused credits.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel anytime via Billing → Manage Plan. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid term.
  • Because analytics are delivered immediately, all sales are final. However, if you experienced a technical fault, contact billing (at) nexthit (dot) co within 7 days. Refunds are reviewed case‑by‑case.

8. Failed Payments & Account Suspension

If a renewal charge fails, Stripe will retry 4 times over 14 days. If all retries fail:

  1. Subscription is paused; analyses are disabled.
  2. We'll e‑mail you steps to update payment.
  3. After 30 days of non‑payment, your plan is cancelled automatically (data remains intact; pay‑as‑you‑go available).

9. Secure Payments

  • All traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
  • Stripe is PCI‑DSS Level 1 certified.
  • We conduct annual penetration tests and continuous monitoring.
